Returns and Exchanges

To ensure your satisfaction, Girardini Compounding Pharmacy has created an Exchange and Returns Policy based on the Consumer Defense Code. For any questions, please contact: contato@farmaciagirardini.com.br

1. Conditions for Exchange or Return

We accept returns for purchase withdrawal or incorrect product, provided that:

  • The request is made within 7 calendar days after receipt (in accordance with Art. 49 of the CDC)
  • The product has not been used or damaged
  • The packaging is intact, with the original seal and no signs of use

2. How to Request

  1. Contact us by email contato@farmaciagirardini.com.br informing the order number and reason
  2. Wait for instructions from our team — do not send the product before receiving the return code
  3. Send the product via Encomenda PAC or SEDEX with Acknowledgment of Receipt to the indicated address

3. Refund

If the return is accepted, the refund will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit card: chargeback requested to the operator (timeline according to invoice)
  • Bank slip, PIX or transfer: credit to account within 5 business days

Important: The shipping cost is not refunded in cases of withdrawal.

4. Compounded Products

Because they are prepared on demand and in a personalized way, compounded medications cannot be returned except in cases of operational error (incorrect product sent) or proven defect.
