The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. Girardini is not responsible for delivery errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the buyer.

3. Prices and Payment

The prices displayed on the website are in Reais (R$) and may be changed without prior notice. The valid price is the one displayed at the time of checkout. We accept credit card, bank slip, and PIX.

4. Product Availability

As a compounding pharmacy, all products are prepared on demand. In exceptional cases where production is not possible, the customer will be informed, and the amount paid will be fully refunded.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, logo, brand) is the property of Girardini Compounding Pharmacy. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The court of the district of Penha/SC is elected to resolve any disputes.
