Deliveries and Deadlines

At Girardini Compounding Pharmacy, we are committed to delivering your products safely, quickly, and with care. Please see below for information on shipping and delivery times.

Shipping Methods

We work with Correios (Brazilian Post Office) and partner carriers, offering the following options:

• PAC – Economical, ideal for those who are not in a hurry
• SEDEX – Faster, for urgent deliveries

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your ZIP code and order weight.

Processing Time

As a custom compounding pharmacy, our products are prepared after payment confirmation. Preparation time is 1 to 3 business days, added to the Correios shipping time.

Delivery Time

• PAC: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
• SEDEX: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on the location and eventual periods of high demand at Correios.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email. You can track your delivery directly on the Correios website or on our tracking page.
